Star Plan has been in the golf software business for 23 years. 

Star Plan currently services the handicapping needs of the Wisconsin State Golf Association, the golf Association of Michigan, the Malaysian Golf Association, and the Golf Association of Ontario. 

EAGLE handicapping for microcomputers was developed in 1987 and re-written to Windows in 1996.  EAGLE tournament was created and licensed to the PGA of America and all its Section offices in 1991. 

Our EAGLE tournament is now re-written in today’s latest software language, keeping all of its great functionality, and available for all golf clubs, tournament directors, and PGA golf professionals.

Star Plan Data Systems, Milwaukee Wisconsin, is pleased to describe its EAGLE handicapping system.
EAGLE produces official USGA handicap indexes and certified RCGA handicap factors, and is being used by the Wisconsin State Golf Association, the Golf Association of Michigan, and the Malaysian Golf Association as their official association handicapping system along with hundreds of other golf clubs throughout the United States and Canada.

Established in 1968, Star Plan Data Systems, Inc. is a leader in the golf computer software industry. EAGLE was the first Association-based Windows 95 - NT  handicap system in the marketplace. Along with other programs such as tournament, tee times, club management, and POS systems that EAGLE either has or can integrate with, Star Plan has integrated EAGLE with a very popular league manager system, called EAGLE league manager, this system will manage virtually any type of nine-hole leagues. Course and player information can be taken from the handicapping data, and scores can be posted back electronically to handicapping.
